On Nov. 25 the Glen Ewen Trailblazers held their first book meeting. All manuals and record books were handed out, members split into their units and started working on manuals. The group also learned the parts of a horse.
A general meeting was held Dec. 2nd to discuss proceeds from the Fall Rally. A team was chosen to represent the club at district curling in Redvers on Jan. 2nd

On Nov. 25 the Glen Ewen Trailblazers held their first book meeting. All manuals and record books were handed out, members split into their units and started working on manuals. The group also learned the parts of a horse.
A general meeting was held Dec. 2nd to discuss proceeds from the Fall Rally. A team was chosen to represent the club at district curling in Redvers on Jan. 2nd
Cloverbud & Unit 1 held a project meeting Dec. 13th at Kathy Peet & Marlin Shain's house. They labelled parts of the horse and made a collage page of colours of horses and worked on their manuals. Then all members made a leather Christmas tree ornament. Everyone had loads of fun stamping, painting, and putting crystals on their ornament. Members enjoyed soup and biscuits for lunch.
District curling was held Jan. 2nd in Redvers. Glen Ewen Trailblazers sent a senior team. Team members were Breanna Boyes, Lydia Boyes, Shasta MacNaught, Rebecca Scheerschmidt and coach Brooke Boyes. The team curled 3 back to back games before being eliminated.
On Jan. 7th the club had a small general meeting & Christmas party. Gifts were exchange and members played games and enjoyed some treats. Now club members are working on speeches to get ready for public speaking in February.
